The Legislative Reference Bureau, under section 504(a) of the Right-to-Know Law, enacted February 14, 2008 (P.L.6, No.3) (65 P.S. § 76.504(a)), has adopted procedures for responding to Right-to-Know requests and procedures for handling Right-to-Know Law repeals from legislative service agencies, which may be found in 101 Pa. Code Chapter 31 (relating to Right-to-Know Law).
