AN ACT To prohibit the employment at any work or labor of any minor child under the age of twenty-one years in or around any anthracite coal mine or colliery for more than eight hours a day providing a method whereby the employers of labor may ascertain such age and providing a penalty for non-compliance with the provisions of this act
