L. 184), entitled "An act making the proceedings of the conventions of the Departments of Pennsylvania of the Grand Army of the Republic and the United Spanish War Veterans a part of the public records of the State and providing for their publication and distribution" including the Italian-American World War Veterans of the United States Incorporated among the veterans' organizations entitled to the printing of convention reports.
