AN ACT amending the act of June 19, 1931 (P. L. 589), entitled "Barbers License Law," altering the requirements for licensure; increasing penalties for unlicensed barbering or teaching; regulating hours for barber schools; permitting further regulation by health authorities; and reenacting the provisions relating to health, sanitation and management of barber shops.
