L. 1083), entitled "A supplement to an act, entitled 'An act appropriating ground for public purposes in the city of Philadelphia,' approved the twenty-sixth day of March, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven," permitting sale of liquor at tables in Fairmont Park.
