AN ACT To amend section fourteen of an act entitled "An act to establish an Insurance Department" approved the fourth day of April one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three as amended by an act entitled €˜A supplement to an act entitled €˜An act to establish an Insurance Department' approved the twenty-sixth day of April one thousand eight hundred eighty-seven providing for the further regulating of foreign insurance companies and relating to agents and others doing business with unauthorized insurance companies and defining penalties therefor"
