AN ACT To carry out the provisions of acts of Assembly relating to the care and treatment of indigent insane approved the thirteenth day of June one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three and the twenty-second day of June one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two and the twenty-sixth day of June one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five and the twenty-fifth day of May one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven and the tenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine and making an appropriation therefor and providing for an additional appropriation for the care and detention of chronic insane under the provisions of the act approved the twenty-second day of June one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one during the two fiscal years beginning June first one thousand nine hundred and three
