Short Title:
AN ACT amending the act of June 5, 1947 (P. L. 458), entitled as amended, "Parking Authority Law," changing the power to appoint members of the governing body of parking authorities in cities of the third class, and prescribing the method of filling vacancies for unexpired terms on such bodies in cities of the third class, boroughs and townships of the first class.
