AN ACT amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P. L. 90), entitled "Liquor Code," changing the time within which a notice of hearing upon a citation may be issued and the nature of the notice and requiring certain notice to be given as a prerequisite to the imposing of penalties by the Liquor Board.
