AN ACT To facilitate the collection of taxes in the several boroughs and townships of this Commonwealth empowering collectors to give a statement of the amount of taxes charged against taxable named upon their duplicates to officers members clerks managers or book-keepers of corporations joint stock companies limited partnerships partnerships and individuals and providing for the payment and settlement of taxes with taxables through corporations joint stock companies limited partnerships partnerships and individuals and fixing their compensation therefor
