Short Title:
AN ACT To provide for the health of the people of this Commonwealth making it a [criminal offense] misdemeanor for any doctor or other person knowingly not to report a case of small-pox diphtheria or scarlet fever which may come to their knowledge making it compulsory upon cities boroughs and townships to furnish to any quarantined person or persons medical care and attention nursing and the necessaries of life and providing a method whereby citizens may petition the court to correct any abuses therein providing penalties for the violation of any section of this act
