AN ACT To amend first section of an act entitled "A supplement to an act entitled €˜An act to provide for the incorporation and regulation of certain corporations' approved April twenty-ninth one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four authorizing the formation of corporations for profit by voluntary association of three or more persons one of whom at least must be a citizen of this Commonwealth" Said supplement approved the twenty-ninth day of May one thousand nine hundred and one and to extend the provisions of said act to all corporations for profit embraced within corporations of the second class defined in section two (2) and the various supplements to section two (2) of the act of April twenty-ninth one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four and confirming all charters granted under the said supplements to corporations which have been formed under the various supplements to the said section two (2) of the act of April twenty-ninth one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four by the association of three or more persons one of whom at least was a citizen of this Commonwealth
