An Act amending the act of July 11, 1917 (P.L. 758), entitled "Narcotic Law," adding certain newly developed synthetic drugs to definition of "drugs;" deleting heroin as an exempt preparation expressing the intention of the legislature as to exempt preparations; and increasing penalties.
