AN ACT [To repeal an act entitled "An act to provide for repairing the public highways in London Grove township Chester County"] To repeal an Act entitled "An Act relative to the expenditure of the road taxes in Fayette county and for other purposes" approved the fifth day of May Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two and for other purposes approved the eleventh day of March Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and forty-five which provisions were extended to the townships of London Grove in the County of Chester so far as the same relates to the township of London Grove in the county of Chester
