AN ACT Supplementary to "An act relating to executions" passed June sixteenth eighteen hundred and thirty-six providing for the levy and sale of licenses to sell vinous spirituous and malt liquors at wholesale or retail and providing how such sales may be approved by the court of quarter sessions and for the transfer of such licenses and providing penalties for non-compliance with the provisions hereof
