AN ACT Authorizing companies incorporated for the purpose of establishing a system of public sewerage within the limits of any township for persons corporations and associations resident therein and immediately adjacent thereto to erect and maintain proper buildings cisterns reservoirs pipes and all fixtures and appliances necessary thereto and to enter upon such lands and enclosures streets lanes alleys roads highways and bridges as may be necessary to construct said works and obtain material for said construction and to occupy ditch and lay pipes through the same and repair the same when necessary and providing for compensation for injury done to private property taken for the purpose of public sewerage
