Short Title:
AN ACT Authorizing any city town or borough of this Commonwealth owning or operating its own water works gas works or electric light plant to sell lease or otherwise dispose of the same to individuals or corporations and to secure to the lessees or purchasers thereof by proper covenants and agreements the exclusive right to furnish gas water or electricity within such city town or borough under such regulations and for such periods not exceeding fifty years as the municipal authorities of such city town or borough shall deem advantageous
