Short Title:
AN ACT To amend an act entitled "An act to establish a Dental Council and a State Board of Dental Examiners to define the powers and duties of said Dental Council and said State Board of Dental Examiners to provide for the examination and licensing of practitioners of dentistry and to further regulate the practice of dentistry" approved July ninth one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven increasing the membership in the Dental Council changing the examination fee and educational qualifications changing the penalty for violation of the act and further regulating the registry of the license of dental practitioners defining and punishing the offense of illegal practice of dentistry and what shall be prima facie proof thereof
