An Act amending the act of May 1, 1933, (P.L. 103), entitled "The Second Class Township Law," prohibiting construction of obstructions or encroachments in or upon township roads by public utilities without permits issued by the board of township supervisors, and requiring the payment of fees for the permits into the township treasury.
