An Act amending the act of July 11, 1923 (P.L. 1944), entitled "Prisoners Transfer Law," providing for the transfer and retransfer of certain persons confined in county jails, or institutions, in counties of the seventh and eighth classes, and providing for the payment of expenses of transfers, re-transfers, and the maintenance of certain prisoners.
