AN ACT To amend sections fifteen [sixteen] and seventeen of an act entitled "An act to restrain and regulate the sale of vinous and spirituous malt or brewed liquors or any admixture thereof" approved the thirteenth day of May Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven relating to the penalties and fines therein prescribed and giving the court discretionary power in relation thereto
