Short Title:
AN ACT Amending the act of April fourth one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one "to provide for the erection of a house for the employment and support of the poor in the county of Schuylkill" and creating the office of "the directors of the poor and of the house of employment for the county of Schuylkill" by creating a board of trustees to govern the house for the employment and support of the poor in the county of Schuylkill and conferring power upon the court of common pleas of said county to appoint and remove the same and to provide a system for the better management and regulation of the house for the employment and support of the poor in said county and to abolish the office of "the directors of the poor and of the house of employment for the county of Schuylkill" and to repeal parts of the act of April fourth one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one in conflict with said amendment
