AN ACT To amend section two of an act entitled "An act to provide for the erection of a monument to the Seventy-third and One Hundred and Ninth regiment Pennsylvania Veteran Volunteers on the battle fields of Missionary Ridge and Wauhatchie on ground to be purchased and included in the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park and making an appropriation for the purchase of the ground the erection of the monuments the dedication of the same and the expenses of the commission appointed to erect the monuments" approved July eighteen one thousand nine hundred and one
