Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 16, 1923 (P.L. 207), entitled "Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law" further regulating the sale of real property for the non-payment of tax and municipal claims; and providing for the discharge of all liens, mortgages, ground rents, estates and claims against such property by such sale, subject to the right of redemption.
