Short Title:
An act supplementing the act approved the twenty-fifth day of July, Anno Domini, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen entitled "An act making an appropriation to the trustees of the State Hospital for the insane for the Southwestern District of Pennsylvania located at Norristown and extending the unexpended portion of the appropriation for purchase of lands and providing for condemnation proceedings of land that cannot be acquired by purchase at a proper price.
