Short Title:
An act to amend section one of an act approved the third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven (Pamphlet Laws six hundred and twenty-seven), entitled "An act providing for the payment by the proper county or by the treasurer of a city co-extensive with a county of the costs of appeal including printing of paper-book in murder cases where counsel have been assigned to the defense of the prisoner," by providing for the payment of costs of application for pardon.
