Short Title:
An act permitting wholesale or retail dealers, brewers, distillers, rectifiers, compounders, bottlers, agents or other persons licenses to deal in or sell any vinous spirituous malt or brewed liquors to surrender licenses heretofore granted and issued authorizing county treasurers to refund a proportionate amount of the annual license fee and additional license tax requiring the State Treasurer and the municipalities to contribute to the amount so refunded and making an appropriation.
