AN ACT For the protection of improved county roads prohibiting the placing of certain material [of all kinds] on the roadway interfering with the gutter or water courses of the road injuring or defacing the bedded macadam or pavement of the road excavating digging obstructing or tearing up any portions of the roadway and declaring the offense of so doing to be a misdemeanor punishable by fine or imprisonment
