Short Title:
An act to amend section one and to supplement an act approved the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, (Pamphlet Laws twelve hundred and two), entitled "An act providing for the appointment and expenses of a commission of five persons to codify and revise the law relating to banks, private bankers and trust companies doing business within this Commonwealth and making an appropriation," extending the powers and duties of the commission so as to include the codification and revision of the law relating to all corporations, persons, partnerships and associations under the supervision of the Banking Department and making an appropriation.
