"HOLLINGSWORTH"

An act to further amend the sixth section of an act approved April twenty-third, Anno Domini, one thousand nine hundred and three entitled "An act defining the powers of the several courts of quarter sessions of the peace within this Commonwealth with reference to the care, treatment and control of dependent, neglected, incorrigible and delinquent children under the age of sixteen years and providing for the means in which such power may be exercised," as amended by providing that the court may direct that the necessary expenses of placing or replacing such child be paid by the proper county.
