Short Title:
An act repealing an act entitled "An act establishing nine county industrial farms, workhouses and reformatories dividing the State into districts for such purpose authorizing the purchase of sites and the erection and equipment of buildings and works for such institutions providing for their government and control and for the commitment, admission, employment and discharge of inmates; providing for an apartment for inebriates and the admission and commitment of inmates thereto imposing the cost of maintenance on the inmates in certain cases imposing the cost of the institutions and the maintenance of certain inmates on the counties and conferring certain duties on certain county officers," approved the twentieth day of July, Anno Domini, one thousand nine hundred seventeen (Pamphlet Laws page eleven hundred fifty-one).
