Short Title:
An act to amend section three of an act approved the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, entitled "An act to restrain and regulate the use of billiard- tables, pool-tables and bagatelle-boards or tables kept and maintained for the use of the general public for hire or reward in cities of the first class in this Commonwealth providing for the granting of licenses and providing for punishments for the violation of the provisions of the act."
