Short Title:
An act making it a misdemeanor for a notary public to give any false certificate of acknowledgment or affidavit providing penalties therefor including revocation of such notary public's commission, directing notice of such revocation to be given by the Clerk of Court and requiring the Secretary of the Commonwealth to furnish every notary public with a copy of this act when his commission is issued.
