Short Title:
An act authorizing and empowering any borough in this Commonwealth to sell and convey unto the school district of such borough out of any land heretofore or hereafter acquired by such borough within the limit of the borough or in adjacent townships for the purpose of making, enlarging and maintaining public parks, sufficient land for the erection of a school building or a high school building.
