Short Title:
AN ACT To protect the lives and limbs of stationary engineers and firemen employed in and around any mine breaker engine house or other buildings where boilers are used for generating steam of more than eighty (80) horse power in this Commonwealth and to provide for the examination of all persons seeking employment at such positions so as to prevent the employment of incompetent persons also to provide penalties for the violation of this act
