Short Title:
An Act authorizing person, partnerships, associations and corporations engaged in the business of receiving for safe keeping tangible personal property, bonds, mortgages, share of stock, securities and other valuable papers and renting out receptacles or safe deposit boxes for such purposes to provide in any lease, contract, rule or regulation relating to the same that testimony by any customer alone shall not be sufficient evidence to establish or require refutation of negligence or wrongdoing by the lessor.
