Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177), entitled "Administrative Code of 1929," transferring to the Department of Forests and Waters, the powers and duties of the Department of Health relating to water pollution and sanitary inspections; and transferring the Sanitary Water Board from the Department of Health to the Department of the Forests and Waters and constituting it a departmental administrative board in that department.
