Short Title:
An act to amend sections three and five of an act approved the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred fifteen (Pamphlet Laws five hundred and sixty-six), entitled "An act requiring cities of the first class to establish a pension fund for employes of said cities and all county and other public employes if any paid by appropriation of the city councils thereof and out of the treasury of said cities and regulating the administration and the payment of such pensions," as amended giving credit to employes of such cities for time in the service of the Commonwealth, fixing the contributions of such employes and permitting employes leaving the employ of the city to continue as contributors in order to become beneficiaries of said fund.
