Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 1, 1933 (P.L. 103), entitled "The Second Class Township Law," prescribing duties and limitations for the number of meetings to be held, keeping of records and fixing compensation of certain township officers; changing the expense allowance for delegates to supervisors conventions and the officers eligible to attend; fixing the procedure for selling township property; making tax exempt properties liable for certain costs for fire protection; prescribing duties of auditors and fixing compensation of members of sidewalks and curbs and the payment therefor; changing the provisions relating to abandoned cemeteries, the publication of ordinances, connecting with sewers of adjacent municipalities, and the dedication, laying out, opening, improving, changing, relocating, taking over and vacating roads, streets and highways.
