Short Title:
A Supplement to the act, approved the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred twenty-three (P.L. 858), entitled "State Employe's Retirement Law," by permitting any State employe, as a contributor under the provisions of the State employes' retirement system and who was an employe under the public school system of the Commonwealth and made contributions to the Public School Employs' Retirement Fund on account of such public school service, to obtain credit for such service in the State employes' retirement system under certain conditions.
