Short Title:
A Supplement to the act, approved the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred seventeen (P.L. 1043), entitled "School Employes Retirement Law," by permitting former contributors who have become State employes and members of the State Employes' Retirement Association to restore membership in the Public School Employes' Retirement Association, and authorizing the transfer of monetary credits in the Public School Employes' Retirement Association to the State Employes' Retirement Association under certain conditions.
