Short Title:
An act to amend an act approved the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen (Pamphlet Laws seven hundred and forty-seven), entitled "An act requiring all counties, cities, boroughs, townships, school districts and other municipalities and incorporated districts to sell any bonds or other securities issued by them to the highest responsible bidder after due public notice regulating the publication of such notices and the manner of receiving and announcing bids and providing that securities sold in violation of the act shall be void.
