Short Title:
An act providing for the refunding of liquor license fees and additional taxes for wholesale and retail dealers, brewers, distillers, rectifiers, compounders, bottlers, agents and other person prevented from engaging in business by order or regulation of the President or Secretary of War providing for the return of the proportions thereof paid to municipalities and the Commonwealth and making an appropriation.
