Short Title:
An act to amend an act approved the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred eleven (Pamphlet Laws six hundred and seventy-three), entitled "An act requiring foundries to be provided with toilet-room and water-closet regulating same and providing a penalty for violation thereof," as amended by extending the provisions of the act to rolling mills, boiling mills, heating mills and finishing mills.
