An Act to provide revenue for State purposes by imposing tax on gross premiums, premium deposits and assessment received from business transacted within the Commonwealth by certain domestic insurance companies, associations, and exchanges; providing for the rights, powers, and duties of the Department of Revenue, the taxpayers and officers thereof, and imposing interest and penalties.
