Short Title:
An Act Amending the act of May 15, 1933 (P. L. 624), entitled as amended, "Banking Code," prohibiting the assumption and use of deceptive names by corporation and persons not authorized to engage in the banking business, providing for investments of loans by and the purchase, sale and creation of obligations by, banks, bank and trust companies, trust companies and saving banks; providing for the voluntary liquidation of banks, bank and trust companies and trust companies and further providing for the powers and limitation on powers of corporations authorized to engage in a banking business.
