Short Title:
An act to repeal section twelve of an act approved the eighteenth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five (Pamphlet Laws two hundred and three), entitled "An act to provide for the more effectual protection of the public health in the several municipalities of this Commonwealth in so far as it affects counties having a population of less than seventy thousand.
