Short Title:
An act to protect the health, safety and welfare of the people of Pennsylvania by regulating the light ventilation, sanitation, fire protection, maintenance, alteration, improvement, use and occupancy of dwellings and land appurtenant thereto to define the classes of dwellings affected by the act; to establish administrative requirements; to establish remedies and fix penalties for the violation thereof and to make an appropriation therefore.
