Short Title:
An act prohibiting fees or allowances and contract for furnishing meals to the inmates of penal, correctional or reformatory institutions owned or managed and controlled by the Commonwealth or any political subdivision thereof and providing for and regulating the purchase of food stuffs and other materials necessary for furnishing meals to such inmates and the preparation thereof.
