An act authorizing the Commonwealth to rebuild county bridges over eight hundred feet in length located on State highways where such bridges have been hereto fore destroyed by fire; providing for the appointment of views and inspectors and for the payment of the costs of rebuilding such bridges and imposing certain charges upon counties.
